Season 4 Episode 24: Fish

Henry is waiting at the harbor to pull 'The Flying Kipper'. An extra load of fish had been ordered. The Fat Controller wants it put on extra vans. Duck shunts up some ugly old vans on the train.

Thomas (of course) pulls up with the mail train and stops to speak with Duck. Thomas lectures Duck about the dangers of fish in your boiler. He then goes on to rant about how stinky and disgusting they are.

Duck has the look of Thomas is a lunatic.

Meanwhile with Henry, he is upset over the extra load. His driver tries to calm him down and mentions that he can have hill getting up Gordon's Hill now with the extra load. Henry says nothing and heads off.

Duck heads off to Edward's station to wait for Henry. He was going to be the helper kitty.

I'm Duck and I'm here to save the day!

Henry arrives at Edward's station. His driver stops him at the platform. Henry calls for Duck's assistance. Duck pulls up to the back of the train. They didn't couple him on so, Henry could spread his wings and fly away at the top of the hill. The two then set off.

At the hill, all is going well until Henry's tail lamp fell off. Duck felts his buffers slip and then he lost sight of Henry. Henry then started to notice that his train was too heavy and he began to slow down.

I've been violated.

Duck unaware of Henry's position rear ends him.

Oh fish sticks!

The next morning, The Fat Controller arrives to inspect the fishy situation. For once he didn't blame Duck. He sends Duck to be duct tapped back together. And Duck now understands why Thomas hates fish.

Nothing was found to be fishy about the situation.
